Payments are due depending on the service package you’ve purchased from Rome Media. Here are the specifics:
For our Social Media Consultation, the full payment is due beforehand.
For our Social Media Strategy service, you have two options to pay: either the full payment beforehand, or 50% before services are provided, and 50% after.
For our Social Media Management service, you have two options to pay: either the full monthly payment on the 1st of each month, or 50% on the 1st, and 50% on the 15th of each month.

What’s included in all Social Media Management packages:
Content creation, scheduling and publishing.
Captions and hashtags written for search engine optimization.
Account oversight and quality control.
Basic insights and performance tracking.
A monthly check-in call, with ongoing communication and support throughout the month.
All social media services are strictly bio (organic.) Rome Media does not specialize in paid ads.

Payments can be made to Rome Media via Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or bank transfer.

Yes, Rome Media creates all of the content. But please remember, this is a collaborative process that is dependent on what media (photos and/or videos) brand assets, and other information the client provides. As we work remotely, we will come up with a cadence for the client to send over important information for content as events, collections, and other fabulous things come up. If you’re local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area, we’d love to schedule shoot days. We will then build on these foundations to create content that feels like your brand, and is simply magnifique!

Super! After our onboarding process and initial strategy approval, we can typically start within one to two weeks.

Of course. Every client will receive a shared content calendar for them to review and approve. Again, this process is collaborative - the sooner the content is approved, the sooner it will be published.

Social media is like anything else in business - it takes time, consistency and effort to see real results. We require a three-month minimum retainer for our social media management clients.

In the rare occasion you’ll want to cancel (which we know you won’t) we ask for 30 days notice to pause or end services.
